Looking good! Details please!

I decided to experiment so I smoked some of the turkeys in pans.
Smoking temp was 300 degrees with cherry wood.
I panned the turkeys breasts down for 2 hours, also added some turkey broth in the pan.
I feel it kind of give the turkey a more even cook and kept the turkey from getting to much color.
After 2 hours I flipped the bird up wright for about another hour. Turkeys were very tender and moist.

Jets thanks for the point!

Peachy thanks birds turned out good.

Adam thanks! The Lang seems to excel with poultry, always juicey.

Al thanks for the kind words!

All i can do is echo the others.. those birds look dynamite! You will have sleep inducing turkey sammies until 2018!

Happy Smoking,

Thanks phatbac!
2 of the turkeys went to the on duty fire crew in my town. I provided them the meal. Usually try and do that once a year for whatever crew is working...Giving back
The only thing left is one turkey breast. Which I did turkey breasts too but they wasn't pictured.

Bear thanks for the nice compliments! Always like doing big smokes, I get excited the day before.
And really tired afterwards.
