GOSM first run, spares, tips, skirt, and beans w-q-view

totally impressed with the GOSM, turned out some great pork, beans, and some ABT's I posted on another thread. 2 small slabs of spares, some skirt, and some rib tips. Used the smoked skirt for the beans. I was happy with the juicy spares, and tips.

so far so good, I was glad a smoke ring is still possible using gas. makes for good lookin bbq

thanks, I also did some chickens sunday.

Now I am plotting next weekends menu based on whats on sale this week. Pork butt, or BB's are at the top of my list.
