Goodies for the summer.

I am gearing up for another season of smoking and cooking. I upgraded my charcoal armory with some new toys.

WSM 18" with ProQ stacker and Cajun Bandit WSM door. Grommets for temp probes. Cajun Bandit Rotisserie with Weber kettle ring. Maverick rotisserie remote thermometer. Auber temperature control for WSM.

Can't wait for a sunny and warm weekend.
