Been around since '99. New Braunsfeld. As you can see she is all shimmed up ther on left, used to be a caster there. Bottom is the fire box and is gone at bottom, put some tin in there. Put fire on the left, food on right with water  in old bread pan. You can do anything if you have noyhing else to do. Ha! Have to tend all the time.  My 20.00 smoker in the back for cold smoking.

    YEA BABY!

The new baby girl is beautiful Dave!    One thing i've learned hard lessons on is save parts off of old smokers and grills....so many times they would have  come in handy in the future.

It's hard to give up something that has made you and the family very happy for so long... isn't it ? I'm the same way.. keep piecing it back together just to get one more smoke... and then another,, and another.... but then again.. you'll be even happier now that you won't have to babysit as much.. grats on the new one.. now lets get it dirty...

Oh i'm thinking about cutting her in half, still good steel on right and either making amini smoker with some kind of fire box attached or just a grill. Bring some parts upstairs and huff on it. HA! Love walking by it, smells sooo good.
