Hello! My name is Scott and I have an addiction.... I love to use my smoker. I am a 38 year old firefighter from Richmond Ky. I'm a father of 2 girls who love smoked Ribs and a husband of 19 years to an incredible woman.I'm always looking to learn new things and this forum has helped me tremendously.
