Hello all. I'm Laura from Maryland. My husband just bought our first smoker, a Wood Hollow 44. Seasoned yesterday and about to put on a pork shoulder this morning. Excited to give it a try and happy to have discovered this resource, as I have so much to learn! If all goes well today, I may do a brisket tomorrow for a family gathering. Happy Labor Day!
