My wife bought me my first smoker (a Smoke Hollow electric) this year for my birthday and I have been having a lot of fun with it. I cooked professionally for many years and it killed the fun in it for me, so I am really happy to be enjoying it again! My smoker works great now that I am getting the hang of how it runs and have had some pretty decent results in smoking ribs, pork butt, and some chickens. Still building up my confidence to try a brisket, but hope to tackle one soon!
