Good Morning From Texas

  3. [ATTACHMENT=2837]image.jpeg (1,676k. jpeg file)[/ATTACHMENT]Thanks! It took a while to pick one out. I got it at the HEB in Beaumont. Trimmed it a little. I've always used either mesquite or pecan. But I read on here a lot use oak. So I decided to try it. I'm glad I did. I've been able to control the pit temp a lot better. I also have some cherry wood chunks I add a little at a time. So far so good.
