I'm excited to have found the forum! Over the last 25 years, I've gone from the casual cheap gas grill to a really nice gas grill, realized that gas was no good to slow cook, got a Weber kettle, then inherited a Kamado, tried a Cookshack electric smoker, and have finally settled on a Traeger pellet grill, which I love. I'm fascinated by the techniques I have seen on the BBQ cooking shows and I would like to try to improve both the quality and variety of my BBQ.
