Just bought a Treager smoker and trying to learn how to use it. My brother in law has one and I have had great meals off his, now it's my turn to try it.

That's a good looking meal! Is that prosciutto wrapped around the asparagus? Looks great, good job!

It was supposed to be prosciutto but I didn't have any so I improvised black forest ham.

Looks great, nice job! I actually just posted a qview of prosciutto wrapped chicken legs yesterday- check it out. Anyway, keep up the good work and enjoy your smokes with your family, David.
