Been lurking here a few years.....learned a lot of great things.

Aberdeen is not a hot bed of good Q, so I had to take matters into my own hands.  Bought a Brinkman SnP a few years ago and wore that thing out!!!  Don't know whether I got a little lazy, or just looking to get another toy, but I just (hopefully) upgraded to a MES 40.  Really looking forward to breaking it in this weekend with some friends and family.  All ready peeked at all the great mods and techniques for that specific smoker.  With the wealth of knowledge here, seems like making the Q is easy, the hard part is picking the right beverage to sip on as you search for the TBS !

When it come to Q, or things related, THIS SITE CANT BE BEAT!!!!!
