Good morning all.hope everyone is well.Did some smoking yesterday (lunch for rest of the week). But going to my favorite place today, Sam`s club. for some ribs and butts.Been using a propane smoker SMSGO,But picked up a used Charcoal or wood brinkman pro offset. Been getting that in shape,Anybody knows any upgrading I can do, let me know.I have to get some expanded metal yet,the grates in side are rusted pretty good.Any ways off to sams to get charcoal chimneys and some charcoal for next week.Again thanks for all the help.nudib
