My name is Cory from Oklahoma I got on here searching for help. I've built an octagon smoker 21" around cook chamber is 4' my fire box is 3' my smoke stack is 4" x 35". My meat is tasting very bitter making my tongue numb. Lol how do I fix this? There is a lot of liquid build up after using it stuff coming back out of my stack. Thank you for the help in advance
