I'm sorry I've been away.   For those who have gotten to know me,  the holidays are hard for our family.    

My desire is that everyone be able to smoke the best meat over fire.   Its the best flavor you will taste.    

Anyone who has questions,  please post them in a thread.   As a team, we will do our best to get you the answers you need.
