Good evening from Colorado

I live in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. I enjoy spending time with the family (5 kids and a wife). We do a lot of outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, 4x4, shooting guns, camping and plenty of other stuff. I have a Masterbuilt pro electric smoker. I've had it for a couple of years. I don't use it too often but I'm looking to change that. I read these forums often. I look forward to getting schooled here and possibly contributing to some conversations.
