Good Morning. Found this forum while shopping for a new smoker. I have done some smoking in a box Brinkman Charcoal smoker, with mixed resuts. (Very hard to keep a constant tempreture.) I debated for some time on either a cookshack and a Smokin-it. I bought the Smokin-it! I will use the extra money on meat and rub!!

I look forward to learning about all the aspects of meat smoking.

I also Hunt, Fish, Camp, 4-wheel, and train dogs. I retired last year after 25 years in Law enforcement.
