My name is Brian. I am from Theresa WI. I have been smoking and grilling on a Weber kettle for 10+ yrs. 3 yrs ago I bought a Treager Jr. I love the concept but out grew it the day I bought it. I want to build my own using a pellet feed system and I am thinking about a refrigerator conversion with a cold smoke box.

Looking forward to some great reads and info!!
