I tested my digital meat thermometers this weekend and they arent even close to accurate, 20+ degrees off.
They were all Taylor digital thermometers so i thought they would be decent, but it doesnt look like they were.
What are some good, ACCURATE, thermometers i can look at to monitor my meat and ambient air temps inside my smoker?
