Do you need to precook sausage before you stuff your peppers.
I do and I think most will say they do...plus you need some grease to sweat some onions that you will mix into the cream cheese blend as well
Ya i usually cook anything that needs to be cooked prior to stuffing.
I don't think so. My first batch, I made with breakfast sausage. After 2 hrs in the smoker, the meat was cooked.
