GMG Wifi Upgrade

Looking for advice to users of GMG grills with WIFI.

I have a GMG JB, non Wifi model. I have a large temperature difference from what the grill measures to actual temperature. I have contacted our dealer here in the UK and they are willing to change the controller and temperature sensor free of charge.

But they have offered me an up grade to the Wifi controller, but it will cost me £60.00 ($87.00)

So the question is, is the Wifi controller worth the money???

I suggest going to the Pelletheads forums and read up in the GMG section.  You will find a lot of talk about wifi issues, firmware upgrades, etc.  Seems to be a lot of problems with them lately.
