Hello folks..

Been away for a while. Glad to get the puter up and going.
short note to fill you in on whats has been going on in my world.
I retired 01/31/09, close to 34 years of fed. service, wow! I should have done that 5 years ago.
I have also bought a new home. And completed the move 2 weeks ago. What a work out. still have a million things to do. I have my shop built, but have to still put her together. But,I have the rest of the house almost done. Having some mods done to the patio area so I can get all my grills and smokers set up. also making a garden area to grow peppers and other veggies. It will be a while before I get back into smoking, But when I do, I will be back trying to learn all that I can. I hope Bubba will give up his secert boiled smoked ribs recipe, And maybe I can find out where to buy elk meat at.lol.
Oh, I have a wonderfull Chocolate Lab. Wonder who might have a couple black labs. that might bring them down to meet Guinip and have a martini and some good conversation?
Hope all has been well with everyone.

Good deal coyote...get everything lined out and git back to smokin'

i can help you with buying that elk meat lol is a neat lil device that once you own it can help you "purchase" elk year after year.... called a 300 win mag!!!

Even a 7MM magnum will do in most cases. Erain just like a little extra punishment each time he pulls the trigger!
