Hi everybody and thank you for the add. I love to fire up the Weber 22" and cook/smoke some meat! I am a retired Air Force MSgt with 23 years service and have just finished my 14th year of teaching AFJROTC at a San Antonio HS. BBQing is therapeutic to me and my family loves the results. I'm a collector of various rubs and sauces always looking for a new/different flavor profile. Living in South Central Texas (Boerne, TX), there are a lot of good BBQ joints, but most of the time I'm in my back yard firing up the grill. I plan on buying a BGE and have been eyeing a Traeger pellet grill, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. For now the Weber has been more than sufficient in producing good Q. Looking forward to reading and learning from other SMF members. Smoke on my new brothers and sisters!
