I've been reading the forums for a couple of years now, so I figured I might should finally join in on the community if I'm gonna hang around. Thanks to all who post because if it wasn't for you I would have ruined many many pieces of good meat. I'm 20 years old and I own a Cajun Injector MES smoker, 30" Vermont Castings Grill, and a Weber kettle grill. I usually smoke about 5-6 times a year. Thanks and glad to be here!

 First off welcome Tstaires to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are alot of really good folks that would just love to help you with anything to do with smoking. Now we like having new folks here to give a new prospective on some of the ways we do things around here. Now the next thing you have to do is run out and get something to smoke.
