  1. Good Saturday morning from Salem,Or. I am new to the forums, but have been smoking meat now for 5 years. I think that smoking meat is a hobby that has turned into a passion. I work in the KC style and I am a certified KCBS judge. I am excited to see what others do and am always looking to improve my craft.
