Giving the mini some well deserved love. Apple wood smoked pork tenderloin - / Reverse Sear

    Sorry mini owners, I've neglected mine!

    Ok cooked this little guy maybe 150* (pretty much invisible smoke) for a good while then cranked up the heat to finish and seared on the mini's grill. 


    Here's the cook.



    No visible smoke is a GOOD thing.
