Trying some beef ribs. These were the best cuts I could find without requesting a good cut from the butcher. This is a last minute decision for dinner. I added a few chicken legs too. I also threw some charcoal in the chip tray of my MES. I'll post some after pics as well. Oh, and this is h2so4ca's recipe I got from his thread that shows an AMAZING looking beef rib. I don't think I'll get it as good as he did.

Dang! I thought it would go unnoticed:( I'm a dummy and followed a recipe that was for much bigger cuts of meat. My cuts were small and I left 'em in too long. They were kinda dry. But I guess you win some, you lose some but you still live to smoke another day!! The chicken came out great.
