Well I'm kind of new to the whole thing, I kept saying I needed a hobby. One day I thought what the hell, I'm going to buy a smoker(el' cheapo from wal mart). That turned into a 22" kettle grill and a Char Griller Pro. I have been smoking and grillin' low and slow for about 3 months. I know friends and family are not always your best critics as they will kiss your butt and tell you how good it is, but it is getting to the point where I have people I don't even know coming by when I fire it up. I live in the small town of Terre Hill, PA(not even a red light).

So far I have done mostly Pork products, need a little more practice trying to smoke poultry. I am here to poke around and learn more.
