Up a 4:45am here at the beach , getting the MES up a ready to smoke for the day......I am having some folks over to eat tonite since it is their last day of their vacation here....nice of me huh? I am going to do twin 8 1/4 pound BB"s one with mustard one without! I am using a mix of apple and hickory, also a first for me using the apple! Later in the day I am going to add my FIRST try at Buffalo Chicken ABT"S! Wish me luck...this is my 4th time smoking, I will add pics!!!

By 8:45 can't believe it!
 
you might find the apple wood will go very well with pork. also pork will hit a plateau for awhile, then it gets back on track. but it looks like you're off to a good start.
 
So its 2:30 here and we are stuck at 165 but having patience.....heres how they look!

So dinner went well with minutes to spare....these BB's held on till the very end on temp....pulled them out of the box at 195 let them rest for about 30 mins and pulled them!! As a time killer the first time ABT's were AWESOME everyone raved about them, I now know firsthand what you guys drool over!! Thanks for all if the insight frome everyone!!! Now the Q/Vue!
