Greetings!

My name is Cody, I'm 48, and live in Cincinnati, OH.  I finally broke down and tried to smoke some ribs on my Weber Kettle about a week ago.  According to my family they loved them, so I started to make plans to do more smoking.  Ended up watching the Pitmasters marathon on Memorial Day, read some getting started threads and ordered a 22.5"  WSM.  It will be here on Friday.

Looking forward to learning more about smoking.  My familiy is very busy with lacrosse, my son plays and I coach.  I run my own Handyman business, so we are always on the go during the week.  I'm hoping to find some good ideas for cooking food on the weekends that we can refridgerate and/or freeze to heat up during the week to keep us out of the fast food places.

Thanks!
