I didn't do a post on it on here but if someone wants details let me know. Cooked it on the jumbo mini around 450*
Smoker fried chicken...this was Jamaican Jerk Thighs. I tweeked the last experiment on the whole chicken.

Thanks Case! It was good and healthier than from a frying pan. I'm real comfortable with the 450 range ...even a little bit higher.
Not a big fan of Jerk, but that took on some great color. Nice cook Keith!
Thanks Sam. I like to use dry jerk sometimes on chicken but not matter what rub you use it'll be great.!
