Hello,

I'm from Atlanta, GA, and have lived in Los Angeles, CA, for the last 11 years. Due to the fact that none of my friends understood the difference between "cooking out" and "bbq'ing" I decided to build a barrel smoker and show them.

Since then I've started catering for coworkers and friends and am looking to get better at it all.

Glad ya joined us!  I called all my grilling bbq until I got a smoker a couple of years ago.  Its a whole new world!
