Hi all,
I am a new poster here, long-term lurker from the Atlanta, GA area. I learned a lot from these forums and started with a gas grille with a smoke box, moved to a Bradley smoker, upgraded to a Primo XL, and purchased a Masterbuilt 40" over the past couple years for the winter nights. Ribs are my favorite smoked food and I also love pulled pork, smoking hams, chicken thighs, and an occasional brisket if I get a wild hair.
Looking at possibly upgrading to a Smokin-IT 3D model to replace the MES due to a temp issue I am having, but hopefully you guys can help me save $600. :)
Will post some pics once I am back on my main PC, I am guilty of taking tons of pics of my Q!
