Hi there, This looks like a fantastic forum to be part of, thanks for accepting me. Bout to embark on a UDS build and looking forward to looking at smokers also. Live on an 80 acre patch of hill country in Victoria Australia with my family. Have a small Dairy Shorthorn stud so looking to see how various cuts come up (as well as bartering for pork and lamb) Have submitted plans for a small beer taphouse. Think the two will go great together.
