G'day All, glad to be a part of a great forum! My name is Mick, I am from Brisbane, Australia. My employer is from Boise Idaho and I have many great friends that introduced me to 'Lo n Slo' a few years ago. I've graduated from an offset to a ProQ, when I'm lazy my Weber Q is my best friend. Am keen on recepie ideas and will post some of my favorite Aussie specials in return! Cheers, Mick
