Too spicy for Mrs Bear, but that's the kind of thing goes good when you come in from shoveling snow & snow blowing!!!

Looks like a great chili recipe.  One really good thing about living in England is that chili making weather lasts for a very long time.  Keep Smokin!

Thanks Buddy I appreciate it

you can leave out the peppers and it's not really hot

Gary

Thanks Danny, just having fun, I think most people like beans in their chili.  Now it you go the Terlingua International Chili Cook-off -   Beans will get you dis-qualified

Good to hear from you

Gary

That sounds good !!       I was watching a food show the other day where they did grilled pimento cheese sammies !

Gary

Thank you ,   Kind of a chili type day !        Sure in the mood for some Fried craw-fish

Gary

Gary,

Sure looks good.  Certainly a lot different than the Skyline chili I'm used to here in Cincinnati!  What you made is 'real' chili.

Wow Gary, nice thread man ! Now that's a chili recipe I have got to try.... Looks awesome & real tasty !

Nice job Gary & thanks for sharing !

That is a superb looking Texas chili. I like that style a lot , but I don't object to beans , either. One little tip I learned on food network is if you don't happen to have masa flour on hand , you can throw a handful of taco chips (like Tostitos) in the food processor and grind them up fine and use them the same way.
I have tried this and it works well. Thanks for sharing that recipe , brother.

Tasty looking chili!

For some reason the mobile format is chopping off the left side of the recipe though, looks fine on the website though.

Gary that looks like some mighty fine chili there on a chilly day!! Very nice presentation and informative post.

A full pot of chili is well??? a happy eater LOL
