Just wanted to make everyone hungry with a little chicken.  Marinated in a Soy/Garlic sauce, and smoked with an apple/cherry/hickory blend.  Enjoy!    -Hex

Not really many how-to's for this one.  It was kind of a last-minute decision.  This is a fairly small bird, so I marinated the whole thing in one big bowl using soy sauce and some crushed cloves of garlic.  Then just plain ol' salt and cracked pepper all around.

I smoked with apple, cherry, and hickory in equal amounts.  I tried to keep it around 250~275, and it was done in less than 3 hours when I pulled it with an IT of 175.

I let it rest long enough to where I could handle it without burning my fingers off, then split it in half.  Done.

Quick and easy, but I wish I had a few more birds to throw on at the same time.  It's what I get for not planning ahead.

Thanks for viewing!!
