    Ok - it's all about the chicken leaning - LEFT-  AFTER cooking.


    Got a 6 LBS chicken, brine over night, Smoked on modified ECB, did corn bread in cast iron skillet, and smoked two blocks of cheese while getting the chicken ready.

    Beautiful day in Virginia Beach, VA. Couldn't let a nice day go to waste in early February.





    Here's the two blocks of cheese before the Gansta-Bird went on.

    Boiled the bones and made some soup out of it today.

    So ready for another warm day. I'd go nuts if I was in Boston area right now.
