I have a 45# pig that is frozen. Does anyone know a way to thaw it in 4-5 hours safely? I was thinking of butterflying it frozen and removing the head and then running water in a cooler while it soaks in a plastic bag.
any ideas are appreciated - this is a slight emergancy. planning on injecting it today and putting on the pit tomorrow at 6am
