Hello everyone,
I have to start out saying thanks!I see there are a lot of people here who know what they are talking about.I have found quite a bit of good stuff the past few weeks I have been reading.

I am 33 years old and have been messing with this stuff for quite awhile.I worked at a butcher shop for 6 years in my younger days, and then married a wonderful woman who's dad is a big hunter and smoker.

I knew some from my past job and then picked more up in my later years from my father inlaw. He has a great setup out in his pole barn.I just have a little charbroil smoker, that I got like 10 years ago.It does ok but the temp doesn't seem to get up there.Well that is about it,but thanks again for such a great place to hangout and learn!!

Welcome, Glad to have you with us. This is the place to learn, lots of good info and helpful friendly Members.

For Those of you New to Smoking, be sure to check out Jeff's 5 Day Smoking Basics eCourse.

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics... Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
