Fairly new to outdoor cooking. Discovered outdoor cooking with a Charbroil Commercial series 4-burner infrared grill and then purchased a Cajun Injector Electric Smoker, my last purchase was a Charbroil SRG. Love my out door cooking appliances! I feel infrared heat source is perfect for inexperienced cooks like my self. Have about worn out my smoker experimenting with all types of meats. Did I mention I love out door cooking? Definitely look forward becoming active on this forum, thanks for allowing me.
