Been smoking for the past year, mostly just baby back Ribs.

This past Thanksgiving I was able to smoke a couple of birds and a rack of spare ribs. My wife will not be baking the 20 lbs salmonella bomb anymore. It was very successful! Owe it to this forum!

I will try and post some pictures of my smoker and Thanksgiving!

My smoker doesn't look anything like that anymore. It has war rust all over the firebox and the inside of it is seasoned quite nice.

Howdy, welcome aboard!

I need to start doing some birds. Haven't been smoking real long. Right after I got my smoker, Mamma found some great deals on Pork. If the freezer ever has room, I guess I'll do a beer butt chicken.
