    I have been cooking for years. Access to the Internet has allowed me to experiment and learn from others. I look forward to learning more here. Just put on a pork butt with my own rub. Will cook all night on my Louisiana Grill. Traeger gourmet pellets. Go a good 12 hours. Wrap in the morning to finish off. Homemade Cole slaw to top a pulled pork sandwich tomorrow
