Hey guys, I just recently aquired a stailess steel insulated upright industrial fridge/cooler. Its 2x2 square with 6.5 ft tall. It has adjustable hight racks, it quite the find. I of course want to convert it to a smoker, I really dont think theres much I have to do, except add a burner an some venting. It still has all the cooling system on the top of the unit. Do I need to remove any of existing cooling system. I'll try an post a picture soon so ya know what I'm actually talking about. right now as you read this dose anyone have any tip for this build? Thanks, Boar
