Fresh Meat

    Hello!

    My name is Ben, living in the Greater Grand Rapids Area (MI).  Unexpectedly received a propane Cajun Injector from my other half this Christmas (I'm not mad) and she's as excited as I am to use it.  I am about as green as it gets and I'd love to get going this weekend with something simple to get my feet wet.  Any tips, tricks, and recipes would be appreciated!

    So far I've got mesquite and cherry wood chips that she bought to go along with it.  It is the vertical 2-door model.  Thanks everyone!

    Hi Ben and welcome to the group!  Congrats on that new smoker!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.

    Happy that you joined the group. Before you begin, decide what you'd like to smoke and then use the search button at the top of the page.  You'll get more info than you can read!  Also ask questions.  You'll find the folks here to be very supportive!

    Now let get something on that nice clean grate!
