My first time making this. Granted, I did alot of research before I began this process and it definitely helped.

The players were 9 lbs of well trimmed Picnic, TSM Italian sweet seasoning and stuffed into 29-32 hog casings.

What a waste of vacuum bags.... I bet they wont stay in the freezer for long.............................
