Freezing Pulled Pork

Hello All,

  I'm going to smoke my first butt tomorrow and was wondering about freezing the left overs?

Is it better to freeze the meat without sauce or with?
 
When I freeze PP, I just vac seal and freeze with nothing in it. PP has enough fat content that it won't dry out when reheated in simmering water. This way I don't lock myself into a sauce and I can decide what I want when I defrost some.
 
I freeze it all the time re-heats really well

There wasn't enough leftover to freeze--I guess it must have been pretty good!!

I started taking pic's for Q-veiw but forgot to get pic's of finished product?? Rookie Mistake

I always forget some pics. I get too excited when it is time to eat.

If you have leftovers in the future, I catch the drippings from my PP then add a little to each package before freezing.
