Freezing bologna

  1. Guys,
    I'm freezing some bologna. Is it ok to leave the cloth casing on or do you have to remove it?
  2. I would remove it for less moisture area to form freezer burn. This is just my thoughts [​IMG]???

    Take the cloth casing off. If you can vac pack, do so, if not, wrap it tightly in Saran Wrap, or a well evacuated ziplock.
