Freezer build/ help with adding Pid to control 2 - 220v elements

I have a big double door freEzer I made into a smoker. I have two heating elements wired to the original knobs. Came out of a 220v stove top.

I am looking to get some instructions to wire up a pic controller to those two elements. Looking for instructions that are easy to follow. Seen a lot of the Pid controllers that are wired to an outlet set up.

I am looking to have a Pid controller that I can set a temp to are desired setting. That kick the burners on and off accordingly.

Has anyone wired the stc 1000 to their smokers?? Look fairly simple but wasn't sure if it's work with brinkman smoker elemen
