I live in red deer Alberta (central Alberta) just got a great deal on a mgm Jim bowie pellet grill. I have actually used it every day since I got my hands on it. loving it quite dearly I must say !!! So far I've smoked beef, buffalo , dear ,bison, elk , corn on the cob (in husk) , pizza , sour dough bread , I made a spicy chicken stew ( cold smoked all ingredients before putting them together and then fully cooked it in the pellet grill ) I've literaly cooked every meal I made at home , in my pellet grill . Rain or shine ( thanks to my remote I can moniter and control my rig from my sofa ) I am Here to learn and create. And by the way , I've discovered that smoked chocolate chunk pancakes are absolutely killer with a rich MAPLE syrup. None of that aunt jamaima bs . so happy I got a pellet grill. Can get the best of everything ( baking, grilling and smoking )
