Four breasts make a nice rack

    Decided to smoke some chicken breasts! Seasoned two with magic dust and two with Emerils chicken rub with some added cbp. Smoking with cherry and pecan wood on the WSM current smoker temp 253*F.

    Here's a pic about a hour and a half in got the temp upto 313*F will open third vent or possibly crisp it up over the coals!:welcome1:

    Here's the chicken sauced with a ceaser salad.

    Here's the rack of ribs basted by the chicken breasts can't wait to eat these for dinner!:grilling_smilie:

    Thx, I think the chix fat basting the ribs gave them some great early color!

    Here's the ribs I was expecting more of a kick from the rub and will have to add some sauce when I reheat them very tender and good color.:yahoo:
